A story about friendship between four modern emancipated women from diverse cultural backgrounds, who live in Shoreditch, London, and plan a trip to Thailand to escape from love affairs and reality. Alex, white origin, late thirties, loved by men, independent and sophisticated, but girly… Electra, her seventeen year old daughter, a drama student, unconventional, innocent but sharp… Maria, black origin, thirty, a jewellery artist, passionate, inspired, and charming… Faye, Asian origin, bank manager, early thirties, with a tendency to exaggerate about everything, because life is a big drama. Humour, romance, cynicism…real people in their everyday surreal situations!
