Our new online project EROS was released on Sunday, the 21st of March 2021, World Poetry Day on the YouTube Channel of Theatre Lab Company.
It is a Celebration of Greek and British Poetry, inspired by the greatest poems of love and desire in both languages with subtitles. The cast includes 20 wonderful actors from UK and Greece who led the way! Masks and red lips will take you in the music of words. Sappho, Lord Byron, Kavafi, Shakespeare, Polidouri, Bronte, Marlowe are only a few amongst the many beloved ones you will encounter on this journey.
EROS is also the beginning of a Poetry Marathon that invites people from all over the world to join us with their favourite poem and lasts for a year, crossing borders and languages. It will finish on the 21st of March 2022.
