Theatre Lab Company is committed to protecting the privacy of those who visit our site and being transparent about the data it holds about you. This policy explains what happens to any personal data you provide or that is collected when you visit our site. Information Collected by our site

We only hold the minimum personal data needed to carry out our business. Information collected through the running and maintenance of our website may include your use of our site, details of visits, pages viewed and resources that you access. This includes traffic data, location data and other communication data, but it does not identify you in anyway.

We collect personal data when you purchase tickets via our website (name, email address, transaction and order details), apply for or book a workshop via the contact given on publicity material (name, email address and CV that you send), and respond to casting and audition notices (name and email address and CV/Spotlight/ Mandy profile that you shared with us), you work with us on an ongoing basis (name, email address, telephone number, postal address, CV/Spotlight/Mandy profile that you shared with us). You may also provide permission to collect data from social media and online services such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google depending on your privacy settings. We may use your data to fulfil donations and ticket purchases, contact you with important information about your purchase, and send information about upcoming events such as workshops and productions.

Storing Personal Data

For the operation of our website data we collect from you may be transferred to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing, this may happen if computer servers used to host the website are located in a country outside of the EEA. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We keep your data only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy and fulfil our legal obligations and we will not keep more data than we need. Where your data is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of, deleted or cached in a secure manner.

Ticketing Information

Tickets for our productions are usually sold through the venue directly. For productions that we run ticket sales for, we sell them through our website, but payments are processed through PayPal. Donations

When you support TLC by making a donation, we collect personal your name, address, email, phone number, and payment information. This is used to thank you for your donation, manage gift aid, comply with financial regulation and to meet our legal obligations. Your personal information may be shared with HMRC and other organisations where we have a legal obligation to do so.

Disclosure of Information

We will not disclose your personal information to any other party other than in accordance with this policy and where we are legally required by law to disclose personal information, to further fraud protection and reduce the risk of fraud.
